When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and company information. When you use our services, we collect product formulation data, compliance check results, and usage analytics. We do not sell your data to third parties.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide compliance checking services, improve our regulatory database, generate compliance reports, and communicate with you about your account. Product formulation data is processed solely to perform compliance checks and is never shared between tenants.

3. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Multi-tenant isolation ensures your formulation data is never accessible to other organizations. API keys are SHA-256 hashed before storage. We maintain access logs and audit trails for all data operations.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support at hello@inlet.run. Compliance check history is retained for audit purposes unless you request deletion.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Anthropic's Claude API for AI-powered compliance analysis. When AI analysis is invoked, relevant product data is sent to Anthropic for processing. We use Stripe for payment processing — we never store credit card details on our servers. We use Google OAuth for authentication.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
